Any order of a product appearing within the online store of the site www.liltwigs.com, supposes the full and whole acceptance of the present general conditions.

 

General

The purpose of the present general conditions of sale is to define the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer resulting from the sale of the Products offered on the Website.

They shall remain in force as long as they are accessible on the Web Site. They may be modified at any time at the initiative of the Seller.

The modification will only take effect for orders placed after the date on which the modification is put online, except if this modification results from an obligation imposed by a mandatory law immediately applicable on Australian territory.

Order

The present general conditions of sale are considered accepted by the Customer at the time of the validation by double click of the order and apply for the duration necessary to the supply of the Products and until extinction of the guarantees envisaged in the present.

All orders are considered acceptance of the prices and products available.

The order will be considered as irrevocable after complete validation of the order registration and payment.

From then on, the user will receive an order confirmation email including a summary of the order and the delivery address. This email confirms that the order has been taken into account. (Please note, automatic messages can be placed in the spam according to the settings of your email).

No unilateral cancellation of order will be accepted without Lil Twigs' agreement.

 

Prices

The prices are indicated in Australian dollars including all taxes.

Lil Twigs reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced at the price applicable at the time of the order validation.

These prices do not include the delivery charges indicated to the user when placing the order.

 

Payment

The payment of the totality of the price must take place at the time of your order. All orders are payable in Australian Dollars.

Exceptional Events

Lil Twigs will do its best to fulfill its obligations but will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, natural disasters or other events that prevent the production, transportation or delivery of products.
